We will require at least 2 references for each applicant.

Fees for tenants:
£150 + vat – Contribution towards the creation of the tenancy agreement and inventory
£ ?? – Deposit – Normally equivalent to 1 1/2 months rent.
£ ?? – 1 Calendar months rent in advance.
Please be advised that no fee’s are payable until the day you take possession of your property.

Fees for landlords:
£150 + vat – Contribution towards the creation of the tenancy agreement and inventory

£ 8% + vat – Monthly management fee.
£ 75 + vat – Energy Performace Certificate.

There will also be additional fees for Gas Safety Inspections and Electrical Testing.

I do not add any additional charges on top of contractors fee’s
