How do you expect someone to compare, let alone understand the confusing terms of copay, deductible, coinsurance, maximum out of pocket, RX coverage etc.?  All this great information is only of value if you know how to makes sense of and interpret it.  The risk of choosing the wrong health insurance policy or plan is too great to not utilize the help of an expert or agent, who can help choose the right plan for someone’s particular situation.</description>
